Toji Nakayama

Personality:

Ghosts, lots of ghosts. Toji has a strong sense of freedom and what is right and wrong. He acts impulsively , not because of lack of fear of consequences, but acceptance. Toji assumes at any moment he will end up in the trunk of his uncles car being returned home or face down in a cell. Accepting this he is willing to do anything for friends or people he feels have been wronged.

 

History and Family:

Toji's family is complicated. He has a strong family life, while also having complete ignorance to them. His mother and family are in control of a very large international electronics producer and innovator. At the same time this was originally funded by the family's other business, organized crime. Toji assumes the armed men that hang at his grandparents estate are simply corporate body guards. His mother being an Ex-Yakuza enforcer for her family is now the CEO of the corporation and has gifted Toji with all of her physical abilities, though fighting has never been Toji's strongpoint. 

Sister Incident:

At a young age, Toji's sister went missing, this event in itself has been blamed on Toji's deadbeat father. Toji does not believe this nor does he have love for his father. When his sister went missing he made it his life goal to track and understand the supernatural with the end goal to defeat them. It is why he is willing to rush headlong into the unknown to find proof and understand any supernatural activity. This appears obsessive to the outside viewer.
